What payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods accepted online are: payments by bank card (visa, Mastercard) or connect holiday vouchers. On site, payments accepted are by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers.
Do I have to print the tickets?
No, the digital version on the smartphone is sufficient. However, be sure to download them in advance, the internet connection can be fickle at the Zoo.
Does the Martinique Zoo offer annual subscriptions?
Yes, the zoo offers annual memberships that allow unlimited entry throughout the year. They are €31.5 for adults and €21 for children.
Are there discounts for groups?
Yes, discounts are available for groups of 10 people or more. Please contact our customer service for more details on group rates.

What are the prices of the Martinique Zoo?
Prices vary according to the age of the visitors: €17.50 for adults and teenagers from 12 years old and €12 for children aged 3 to 12. Adults pay 17.50 euros. Children under 3 years old get in for free. Discounts are also available for groups of more than 10 people upon request.
